Whāngārā Community Catchment Group

The Whāngārā Catchment Group is a collective of Tangata Whenua, Landowners, Farmers, and Forestry Representatives working together to protect and restore the environment across their rohe.

The strategy workshop brought the group together to shape a shared vision for the future of land and water care in Whāngārā. It created space for kōrero, navigating challenges, and co-creating a strategic plan that reflects the group’s values, priorities, and purpose.

The group chose our Hina te Pō - Strategic Plan service, including one day of facilitation, a full strategy design, and new branding.
