Our Process

Need a bit more clarity?

With over 20 years in business coaching, leadership development, facilitation, and strategic planning across corporate, public, and community sectors, AraHina brings
proven expertise to every project.

Four signs you need a Strategic Planning Facilitator

Not sure if you need a facilitator to support the development of your Strategic Plan?

Creating your own strategy can feel overwhelming - especially when your team holds diverse perspectives and you're right in the thick of it. When you’re part of the team, it can be hard to step back and see the bigger picture.

That’s where a professional facilitator makes all the difference. We take the pressure off so you can fully participate alongside your team.

No shared vision or clarity

Your team is passionate - but not on the same page

Values aren’t driving decision

Your kaupapa is strong, but your values aren’t clear

No way to measure progress

You’ve got goals, but no measures to track progress

Strategy isn’t being used

You’ve done planning before - but the strategy is not in action

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone - and that’s where we come in! At AraHina, you’ll walk away with more than just a plan. You’ll co-design a professional Strategy that’s ready to activate and share with your team, your board, your funders, and the people that you serve!

"You have a real strength working in both corporate and whānau, hāpori spaces, seamlessly bridging these different worlds."

Your utilisation of reflection and preparation was evident. You clearly took time to learn about our organisation and our kaupapa. You were constantly present with us and took us on that journey."

"Your facilitation was fun, interactive, while still helping us to fulfill our objectives for that wānanga. I was really impressed with how efficiently our time was spent and how much we were able to achieve! You are great at guiding a rōpū and holding the mauri."
