This comprehensive package combines all three services – Strategy, Action, and 12-month Implementation Support — all for one monthly fixed fee – giving your organisation the guidance and structure to design, implement, and embed your strategy with confidence.

The sessions can be held consecutively for a fast-paced, immersive approach or spread throughout the year to allow time for reflection and integration. It’s ideal for organisations where strategy is new or where ongoing support is needed to fully bring a vision to life.

Across the year, we’ll help your team move from big-picture thinking to clear priorities, connecting long-term goals to everyday actions. Together, we’ll build alignment, momentum, and capability – ensuring your strategy is not only designed but lived and embedded across your organisation.

Fixed at $2,710 + GST per month for a 12-month term (travel costs additional)

Strengthen your journey through Te Ara – the implementation plan designed to bring your strategy to life, maintain momentum, and provide guidance, accountability, and hands-on help. Each month is tailored to your current needs and challenges as you move from planning into action. This can include online strategy check-ins, supporting the implementation of agreed actions, strategy & action plan administration, attending board/leadership meetings, and follow-up or email support to keep the strategy moving

6-Month Term (Minimum Commitment)

• Fixed Monthly Subscription – Up to 5 hours support per month

• Perfect for teams who want interim support without locking in a full year

• Service begins after the delivery of your Strategic and Action Plan workshops.

• 6-month minimum term ($10,500 + GST total investment)

• Additional hours can be purchased at an hourly rate of $350+GST and will be charged as extra at the end of the month

• Fixed Monthly Subscription – Up to 5 hours support per month

• Designed for organisations who want long-term consistency, strategic planning accountability

• Service begins after the delivery of your Strategic and Action Plan workshops

• 12-month term ($18,000 + GST total investment)

• Additional hours can be purchased at an hourly rate of $300+GST and will be charged as extra at the end of the month

Our service is fully scalable and can be adapted to suit any changes in your needs. Other projects may come up that require resources, and our model can easily support these options if and when required.

This package includes a two-day consecutive, co-facilitated workshop delivered in partnership with Donna, our experienced Te Tiriti o Waitangi facilitator. Designed for organisations committed to embedding Te Tiriti principles and strengthening relationships with tangata whenua, this workshop offers a guided and collaborative approach to developing your Māori Strategy.

Together, we’ll support your organisation to explore the foundations of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, reflect on your organisation’s purpose, values, and responsibilities, and co-design a strategy that connects intent with meaningful action.

This package is ideal for organisations wanting to deepen cultural understanding and take practical steps toward building a genuine bicultural practice. With the combined expertise of AraHina and Puawaananga, you’ll experience a process that weaves strategy, cultural competency, and Te Tiriti principles together.
