The Chadwick Family Trust

The Chadwick Family Trust is a whānau-led Ahu Whenua Trust with land and commercial interests in Taumarunui and Hastings.

Over two-days the trustees co-designed a 100-year strategy grounded in whakapapa, unity, and future aspirations. It created space for connection, reflection, and co-creating a long-term vision that is tūpuna inspired and mokopuna driven. Once the strategy was confirmed, we met again to design a 12-month action plan.

The Trust chose our Hina te Pō Hina te Ao - Strategy & Action Plan package, including two days of facilitation and a full strategy design with new branding.
