InsideOUT Kōaro is a national charity that provides education, resources, and support for rainbow and takatāpui communities across Aotearoa. It works with schools, workplaces, and communities to create safer, more inclusive environments and improve wellbeing for young people.

Over two consecutive days, we took the board and leadership team on a journey to create a Strategic Plan & 12-Month Action Plan. With a new CE, new Board Members, and changes to their leadership team, the Strategic Planning workshop was a vital step for the organisation to ensure that the new perspectives were included in the strategic direction and that everyone was clear on the way forward.

The group selected our Hina te Pō Hina te Ao Strategy & Action package which includes two consecutive days of facilitation, a professionally designed strategy, action plan, and a final session to support long-term alignment.
