Sector: Public Sector
Industry: Māori Public Health & Gambling Harm Prevention

Overview

Hāpai te Hauora led a regional shared model of care workshop, bringing together Māori health partners who deliver gambling harm services across Tāmaki Makaurau and Te Tai Tokerau. Attendees included Whare Tiaki Hauora, Ngā Manga Puriri, Waipareira, Te Kaha o Te Rangatahi, and Ngāti Whātua Te Hā Oranga

The one-day strategy workshop created space to co-design a high-level strategic direction, strengthen collaboration, and shape a united model of care that responds to the inequitable harm faced by whānau Māori. The process surfaced key insights around law reform, workforce development, education, and whānau-led healing

They chose our Hina te Pō Strategic Plan Service for organisations wanting to design a strategy and align collective direction
