Rangitāne Tū Mai Rā Trust is the post-settlement governance entity for Rangitāne o Tamaki nui-ā-Rua, responsible for managing Treaty settlement assets on behalf of its iwi. It works to support the long-term wellbeing, development, and aspirations of its people through strategic governance and investment.

Over two days, the Strategy Workshop brought together the operations team to confirm their high-level priorities and 12-month action plan, aligned with the Iwi's overall strategy. For most participants, it was their first experience with strategy development, and they valued being part of the process.
