Overview
The RACP Māori Health Committee is a dedicated roopū within the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, working to improve health outcomes for Māori and uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi within the College. A one-day strategy wānanga brought together Māori physicians, trainees, and advisors from across the motu to co-design a shared vision and high-level strategic direction. The process surfaced collective moemoeā, defined key strategic objectives, and explored the long-term role of the committee in influencing systems change. A tohu and professionally designed strategic plan will carry the kaupapa forward and support impact across the College.
The group selected our Hina te Pō - Strategy Service tailored for kaupapa-led collectives ready to align their vision and set a clear direction for the future
