Repair Network Aotearoa

Repair Network Aotearoa is a national collective on a mission to foster a culture of repair across Aotearoa, advocating for repair over replacement to reduce waste and support local economies. The network connects repair cafés, educators, businesses, and community champions working to restore repair as a valued everyday practice.

A one-day strategy workshop brought together trustees and board advisors to co-design a five-year operational plan, clarify strategic objectives, and define success measures. The process created space for reflection, connection, and alignment with their aspiration to become a Te Tiriti partner organisation.
