Te Uru Kahikatea is the Māori employee network within Foodstuffs North Island, dedicated to uplifting Māori voice, identity, and impact across the organisation and the communities it serves. A one-day strategy wānanga was held at Papatūānuku Kōkiri Marae to refresh their existing strategic direction and reaffirm their collective vision, values, and priorities. The wānanga created space for whakawhanaungatanga, reflection on identity and tikanga, and the co-design of a unified rautaki to guide their mahi moving forward.
