A strategy wānanga was held to review and refine the Kōkiri Hī strategy for the next three years. The process brought together kaimahi, senior leaders, and board members to reflect, realign, and strengthen their shared direction. A revised strategy was developed, grounded in te ao Māori, with clear outcomes, shared priorities, and a unified vision to unlock the full potential of tamariki and the communities they serve.
