Fair Food is a food rescue charity based in Tāmaki Makaurau, redistributing quality surplus food to nourish communities and reduce waste. They are on a journey to transition into a Māori organisation, guided by kaupapa Māori values. A one-day strategy wānanga was held to support this transition, bringing together the GM, Head of Operations, and Board Members to reflect, connect, and align on purpose. The process was grounded in kōrero – creating space to strengthen relationships, clarify direction, and reaffirm collective aspirations.
