Hāpai te Hauora Gambling Harm

Hāpai te Hauora led a Regional Shared Model of Care Wānanga, bringing together Māori health partners delivering gambling harm services across Tāmaki Makaurau and Te Tai Tokerau. Attendees included Whare Tiaki Hauora, Ngā Manga Puriri, Waipareira, Te Kaha o Te Rangatahi, and Ngāti Whātua Te Hā Oranga

The one-day strategy wānanga created space to co-design a high-level strategic direction, strengthen collaboration, and shape a united model of care that responds to the inequitable harm faced by whānau Māori. The process surfaced key insights around law reform, workforce development, education, and whānau-led healing

They chose our Hina te Pō Strategic Plan Service for organisations with established systems, focused on refreshing strategy and aligning collective direction
