Kites Trust

Kites Trust is a peer-led community organisation working to ensure people who experience mental distress or addiction can live, work, and participate fully in society. A two-day strategy wānanga brought together trustees, kaimahi, and board advisors to co-design a shared vision, strategic objectives, and a clear action plan. The process created space for honest kōrero, collective reflection, and future-focused planning. We then met later in the year to implement their Strategy through co-designing Tikanga & Kawa, Personal Development plans that incorporated Te Whare Tapa Wha, and a project planning tool to help the team take the lead on projects.

Following the wānanga, the organisation committed to a full rebrand and strategic plan design, with a final culture day scheduled to embed ways of working. The group selected our Ngā Ara Hina - Full Strategic Planning Package – which includes three days of facilitation, a professionally designed strategy, action plan, and a final session to support long-term alignment.
